no, be a nuker or a marksman, a bow with no skills is next to useless. also taking a pet with low beast mastery is just like carrying around an enemy mesmer on your back to cast blackout on you every few seconds. and why pyromancer armor, that dosnt do anything for you, at all. and you have no expertise for dodge. and worst of all YOU DONT HAVE A REZ.
im sorry, please try again.

This is true

True, although I have Aeromancer's armor (amongst others)...if I choose to wear that it's for the looks. @ OP - If you want your armor to work for you I'd suggest taking Geomancer's Armor and using Stone Striker (not an ideal idea if you're going to play Fire... Alternatively get Nightfall armor and use Prismatic Insignia. DO NOT get armor with +energy. Elementalists don't need it.

Yes, Avoid using skills from another profession's primary attribute. It's just not worth it.

No, not worst of all. Elementalist is my most played character and 99.9% of the time I will not take Res. Is this ok? Probably not if there are team members who think like you so...but then again, I know a number of people who are of the opinion that taking a res can hamper your abilities and restrict what you can do. We only have 8 skill slots remember. Resurrection Signet is a horrible waste of space imo. A one-hit wonder. If I'm the only one alive with res sig I'd rather just resign. Also, I often go with heroes/hench...You don't need res with them....they don't let you die.
@ OP, about your build. Yes, scrap it. Don't use a bow, either play as a ranger or play as an ele. Personally I'd go all Fire Magc/Energy Storage. I must ask. Do you only have Prophecies? I don't think I see skills from another campaign in your build there? Alternatively you could *gasp* NOT use Fire Magic and use something more fun like Air or Water instead!

for and Ele/R this is what i would recomend
15 fire
11 marks
rest into e-storage
barrage
conjure flame
disctracting shot
-free bow attack
-free spell
-free spell/trap
fave winds
res
use a flat bow with a fire mod on it and barrage the crap out of everything.
its not the most powerful build but its fun. for the other bow attack i would take savage and for the two spells i would look at bead or coals and liquid flame or liquid flames and spiked trap. this build is weak against single targets (or at least not energy efficant).

rezes are not a requirement. the problem with his build isn't the lack of a rez but that he has his attribute points spread too thin.

[SKILL]Name of Skill[/SKILL]
When naming the skill, it is case sensitive. So put ur spaces and capitalizations where they belong!
cheers!

hmm
ive used e\r and kickd butt in RA
surprisingly ppl knock it before they try it, but its a good build provided you arent tanking alot of dmg
fire dmg bow with lengthens poison.
and 15% while enchanted.
conjure flame
mark of rodgort
poison arrow{E}
hunters insight
(taht no atrib skill taht lets instant cast) forgot name haha
metoer shower
troll ungeant
res sig
if you want to, take out hunters insight and replace with kindle arrows.for alot of extra dmg.
set 10 marks,8 survivial
and distribute the rest between fire and E storage to however you desire
cast conjure flame, fast cast skill-mark of rodgort and meteor shower opponent. once hit with a meteor shower knockdown hunters insight to cause bleeding. by now yur opponent should be on fire and bleeding.
pop a poison arrow, now all 3 degen effects are in play and your now ~on the edge of ragequitting~ opponent is is pretty messed up.
note each time you hit with an arrow as long as mark of rodgort is on them, the fire on them is renewed. you can keep all 3 of these conditions up for like atleast 15 seconds. youll still hit 30 each shot, 45 or 50 with kindle, and on casters u can hit 60's and sometimes 70's.====gg

Ele's do more damage with their spells then with bows. This build is bad. The only time an ele should use a bow is when they're screwing around with thunderclap in RA with a shocking shortbow.

Yes. Because we can all have 2 bowstrings on our bow.
Besides... Meteor Shower's kinda lame. Fireball is better in just about every way - if you're only gonna take one fire spell... Take Fireball. Meh.. Just a bad build all round - RA wins mean nadda.
